FOUNDATIONS - Get started on the right path to learning with this class. Tailored specifically for beginners/novices to quickly learn the very basics of Jiu Jitsu such as learning to break a fall and moving your hips the correct way.  A beneficial refresher for intermediate practitioners, and a great way to warm-up for the classes ahead.
  
BASIC/INTERMEDIATE - Taking basic/intermediate classes is the ideal way to start your journey in jiu-jitsu.  Get familiar with all the basic positions in classes structured so that you learn, apply and understand them as efficiently as possible. Teens are also highly encouraged to maximize their learning curb by taking this class - it will help accelerate learning of this art.
  
ADVANCED - Incorporate advanced positions and cutting edge techniques acquired directly from the top instructors of Atos Jiu Jitsu Brazil and San Diego. Learn from the best as the top practitioners share their strategies and game plans they've refined from years of competitive experience. We focus on the key details that make the techniques work effectively at the highest levels of competition.

KIDS - Increase your child’s confidence and self-esteem to arm him against peer pressure and bullying.  These classes will be held daily and scheduled after classes so kids can come after school to enjoy the benefits of learning a complete and practical martial arts system.  It is our priority to instill the discipline and self-confidence to say no to bad influences such as drugs and alcohol.


BEGINNER'S
 - Reach your competitive goals and ensure physical fitness with the 3x World Championship gold medalist Meggie Ochoa who leads the growing Atos Jiu Jitsu women’s team in the Philippines.  These classes are highly recommended for complete beginners to basic practitioners.


NO GI
- Training without a kimono for a new challenge in a less restrictive setting.  Develop your skills in wrestling, takedowns and quick transitions to start adapting your Jiu Jitsu techniques for MMA and other combat sports.  This class is meant to complement, but not replace your go training.

DRILLING CLASS - A class comprised entirely of Jiu Jitsu solo and partner drills meant to speed up the mastery of the essential movements you’ll need in your training.  This is a fun way to learn across all levels.  Beginners can maximise this opportunity by training and drilling with some of our advanced practitioners in a purely cooperative setting.


OPEN MAT
- A great chance for you to study Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at your own pace as well as finding solutions to situations that you normally have trouble getting through during your rolls.  Practice your techniques or consult your instructors and team-mates about any questions you may have from previous lessons.


LIVE ROLLING
- Put your Jiu Jitsu lessons into practice to truly hone your skills and confidence.  The counterpart of sparring in other martial arts, rolling is an important part of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training as it allows you to simulate competitive scenarios through live resistance training against a partner.
